How long will it take before I receive my order?

What thread colors can I choose from?
Cozy Cotton has a wide array of thread colors available for you. If you would like to request for a specific color, you may contact us at cozycottonpets@gmail.com or @cozycottonpets on Instagram with the HEX color code. You may specify the hex code under the note section found in your cart.
May we request a sample of my text in different font styles?
Yes. After placing an order through our website, you may contact us at cozycottonpets@gmail.com or @cozycottonpets on Instagram with the font styles you want to see with your chosen text. We will send you a sample image of how they will appear.
May I provide my own item to avail of your embroidery services?
The option to provide your own items is currently unavailable, but the team is working to make this possible for you! We recommend checking our Instagram page for any updates or announcements on this.
Are order cancellations / exchanges / refunds allowed?
Yes, we do allow for certain cases. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.
